Obtain pharmacy and medical records proving testosterone therapy use (AndroGel, Axiron, Testim, etc.). Dates, duration, and prescription records are critical.
Document Cardiac Event
Gather all medical records of the heart attack, stroke, or blood clot including ER records, hospital stays, cardiac catheterization, and ongoing treatment.
Establish Timeline
Create a timeline showing the cardiac event occurred while on or shortly after testosterone therapy. Pre-2015 injuries (before FDA warning) have stronger claims.
